Robert Ferreras - Chief Executive Officer - Robert is the founder and responsible for the overall vision and direction of the company. He has over 25 years experience in the software and system integration industry, having cofounded several successful businesses in this timeframe. Robert designed the original equipment tracking application and attracted the first and still current CAT Dealer customer. Prior to founding Xceliware, Robert cofounded another software business and grew it from a single office to over 10 offices through out the United States.

Jonathon Dunn - Chief Financial Officer - Jon is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for all planning, processes, and details relating to the company’s financial operations. He brings over 20 years experience in the industry, having cofounded several successful businesses in this timeframe. Prior to joining Xceliware, Jon cofounded his own accouting firm where he remains a principle.

Ted Finch - Vice President of Marketing - Ted oversees all marketing efforts for the company. Prior to joining our team, Ted was a VP of Marketing at GE, Senior VP of Marketing for Motorola, and VP of Marketing for Harcourt. He headed the marketing team that published Netscape, formed a start-up that grew to 4,000 employees, and launched over 400 products for Microsoft, HP, Sony, Novel, etc.

Ricardo Ferreras - Vice President of Business Development - Ricardo is responsible for managing our reseller channel business. Today that constitutes a significant majority of our overall business. The reseller channel is a critical component of our overall strategic direction for the company. Drawing on his 10 years of combined management and sales experience in the technology sector, Ricardo has helped focus the reseller channel to expand penetration of our key markets, including Construction, Facility Management, and Maintenance Management.

Jeremy Sena - Vice President of Engineering - Jeremy is responsible for managing the design process and ongoing development for all software products sold by the company. He brings over 6 years of experience in architecting and developing enterprise solutions. Prior to becoming the company’s Chief Architect, Jeremy was our lead developer and was instrumental in moving our product lines to where they are at today.
